Upgraded…Rebooted

A long drought has ended, and with it comes enhancement. I have finally, upgraded my main arsenal for recording, it is a beast of its own now and I have bidden farewell to my long-time partner where several albums came to see the light. I will miss you core2/8G but I have to let you go since freezing tracks is devouring a lot of precious time. However, I will be forever grateful as you have held your ground through out hellish battles and still came up victorious. For now, you may rest.

The age of a new generation, the 9th, has come, and on its wings are 16G and SSD. They will be baptized in fire but I recognize the fact that they will withstand any burden thrown at them for a long period of time. The upcoming full I Soar I release will be the first beneficiary of this reboot.

Speaking of which, the mixing process for 5 songs on the album are already done, another 5 coming up next. And oh, cubase 10 elements is such a charm! I am gradually getting the hang of it since my ancient version 5 have stepped down to pave the way for its latest brother to maximize the 16G.

Meanwhile, Netflix is treating us with an 80s classic in series format, and though my hair says otherwise, I must say that I am getting younger with this Dark Crystal TV Series, not to mention the latest offering of Stranger Things, so do not totally lose hope in humanity, there is a flickering flame.
